JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities as a digital health expert at Healthonauts:

  • Manage the full project life cycle including clarifying objectives and priorities, gathering requirements, creating project plans (deliverables, metrics, timelines, owners), obtaining and managing resources, managing budgets, and facilitating project execution, deployment, monitoring, and closure;

  • Document application functions, test scenarios, use cases and requirements;

  • Create and maintain status documents for programs and projects, for use by management reporting, and company monitoring;

  • Analyze complex problems, derive options and solutions and present in an understandable manner to business users, developers, testers and other product analysts at multiple levels;

  • Act as a liaison with technology and business unit subject matter experts in support of agilon health’s platform implementation;

  • Implement new market data exchanges, collaborate with new partner IT to meet requirements, perform data analytics and mining to ensure data accuracy;

  • Create data mapping documentation to support technical implementation, oversee delivery, test and review with customer;

  • Identify opportunities to further leverage technology to best support business objectives. Document requirements and facilitate review of concepts;

  • Support healthcare professionals in understanding and achieving their goals within the risk bearing entity;

  • Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, streamline decisions, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

PROFILE

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in relevant roles (f.e. nursing, application management, et cetera)

Literacy – a Healthonaut possesses a high level of digital and/or health literacy which helps them to profoundly understand care processes and determine how digital solutions can revolutionize healthcare for the better.

Analytical capability – a Healthonaut requires a high level of analytical capability since we need to understand how digital health can fit into an organization’s processes, defining the related specifications and requirements.

Problem-solving skills – a Healthonaut needs to be an excellent problem-solver, able to quickly change direction based on updated client needs and limitations, so the implementation and digital transformation are successful.

Leadership – a Healthonaut oversees and directs his/her companions throughout digital health missions. Time management and motivation are essential to ensure that project  deliverables are completed on time and based on shared decisions.

Entrepreneurship – a Healthonaut always takes the lead. With a proactive attitude, a Healthonaut listens to the client and deals with issues independently, while always knowing when to seek additional support.

Communication – a Healthonaut is responsible for communicating with team members, clients and external vendors, so excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French are indispensable.

3. EXPERIENCE & CASE INTERVIEW

We love this format! We get to discuss cases based on our own missions. The problems you will encounter reflect the challenges that our clients face. We want to explore our expertise and which approach you take to solve a problem, how analytical and creative your thinking is and how you would suggest implimenting your proposals.

4. CONTRACT PROPOSAL

We will make you a contract proposal that you hopefully can’t refuse.

5. WELCOME & ONBOARDING

Great! Once you’re officially a healthonaut, we will start up an introduction training mission to fully onboard you in our squad!
