Digital and/or Health Literacy – a Healthonaut possess a high level of digital or health literacy, which helps determine how a digital health solution fits into an organization’s current process, supports in the definition of specifications and requirements and assists in the implementation of the solution.

Analytical  mind – a Healtonaut requires a high level of analysis since we need to examine a client’s current processes and systems and determine overall project needs and scope;

Problem-Solving – a Healthonauts needs to be an excellent problem-solver, able to quickly change direction based on update client specifications or solution limitations.

Time Management – a Healthonaut need extensive time management skills to determine development schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time;

Communication – a Healthonaut is responsible for communicating with team members, clients and external vendors, so we exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French.

Team Leadership – a Healthonaut oversees and directs project teams throughout the project timeline, experience with team leadership and motivation is essential;

Entrepreneurship – a Healthonauts always takes the lead. From a proactive attitude, he listens to the case and deals with it independently, if necessary after internal alignment.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Job application submitted? Perfect! Our HR team will review your application and get back to you within 5 business days.

2. GETTING ACQUAINTED

Let’s s with an exploratory interview by phone. Here we see if there is a click between you and Healthonauts.

3. EXPERIENCE INTERVIEW

Good news! The first interview went well for both parties. The experience interview gives us a chance to learn about your accomplishments, understand your motivations and passions, and hear why you’re seeking a career in consulting at Healthonauts.

4. CASE INTERVIEW (OPTIONAL)

We love this format because we get to discuss cases based on our own missions. The problems you will encounter reflect the challenges that our clients face. We want to understand which approach you take to solving a problem, how analytical and creative your thinking is and how you would suggest implimenting your proposals.

5. CONTRACT PROPOSAL

During the 3rd interview you’ll meet with our managing partner and he will make you a contract proposal that you hopefully can’t refuse.

6. WELCOME

Great, you pass by one last time to sign your contract. Now you’re officially a healthonaut!
